one word: addicting. i just got done playing it for 8 hours straight. a real masterpiece. namco has a really good tradition of making the absolute best fighting games.

the only real complaint i have is about 40% of my matches lag during online ranked play. ugh. nothing...NOTHING i hate worse than experiencing lag during a fighting game, especially one as technical as tekken. i have about a 50% win ratio on my online record, and of my losses, 90% of those were undoubtedly due to lag.

otherwise, its a very solid game. tight controls (as usual), a plethora of characters (40 total, none of them you have to unlock like previous tekkens), and TONS of replayability and collectibility. tons of outfits and items to customize the characters with. its an awesome game. :)

i went on to play the game until 8 this morning. thats 16 hours straight of gaming...i cant really remember doing that ever before. the game is really addicting. :(

Same exact reason for like most of my losses tooo; lagging just screws up e'ything.  who's your fav dude? mine's lee CHAOLANN. i was VERY amazing with him in tekken 5.

you're talking about the cop, right (lei)? ugh, hes one of my worse matchups. i loathe the characters that are hard to telegraph, and he's one of the more unorthodox ones. my main has been lili ever since tekken 5: DR, so im using her right now. i have a custom 14-hit combo for her. :P

oooooooooh, you mean lee (violet in past tekkens). i know who you're talking about, the really suave guy thats usually always dressed up in a tux. he has some pretty wicked kicks. he used to be my main in tekken 3.

I've also been workin on raven and i've gotten good with him; he's a great character.   he's got lots of power, for one, and he's good at juggling as well.  he's also spontaneous with his moves.

raven is pretty good...another one of my bad matchups...hes just so unpredictable, and he has sick wall game. its pretty much curtains if he gets you up against a wall.
