um, you can get it on Steam for PC.
Don't need the Orange Box. Just install Steam and d/l the game by itself. Saves all that M-rating hassle.

yes, portal: still alive is the exact same game as the original, plus extra stuff.

FWIW, the PC conversion got a lot of 8s and 9s. But I think it's mostly from the hype.
