You would be right............except that The Chronicles of Narnia are written by CHRISTIAN author C.S. Lewis who based his books upon biblical stories, for example Aslan representing Jesus and his perfect sacrifice on the cross in The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.


There is good Christian Music. Newsboys, Kutless, Mae, DC Talk, Chris Tomlin, Third Day...etc. There is some lame stuff (but what genre doesn't have lame stuff?)

And how is that any different than Tolkien (who led C.S. Lewis to Christ and wrote the Lord of the Rings with the same purpose).

but at the same time, to each his own.  If he likes that music good for him, if you think it's lame good for you too.  We all don't have to be carbon copies of each other, with the same likes and dislikes.  That is part of being an individual.

Well it sounds like you are saying narnia and LotrR are barely if at all Christian.


And who is "many of us"?

I'm simply saying that a Lord of the Rings RPG isn't a "Christian" RPG, it's a "Lord of the Rings" RPG. The same thing with Narnia.

I am one of them. I know for a fact there are others.

Actually J.R.R Tolkein is a christian and he helped C.S. Lewis become a Chirstian.
