Aocp Aocp Aocp and maybe some Aocp did I forget Aocp?
There aren't very many AoCp decks in T2 since the addition of protection Forts. You'll find a lot of pre-block ignore, banding, choose the blocker, FBTN and play first on offense. On defense you'll find auto-blocks (like Uzzah), horses + end the battle, banding, FBTN and cannot be negated enhancements.
So I assume Wall of Protection and Darius's Decree are in alot of type 2 decks then?
Also, Combo decks thrive there, you really can't prep for um but just a warning.
CtB is huge in T2--remember to include something to stop it (best bet KotW).
Provisions and Jacob+Obedience of Noah are the two biggies in T2, from my observation. Maybe Lamenting for Jephthah's daughter, but I don't know how common that is. King Amaziah can only be used once no matter how many copies you have, so I wouldn't think he is used very much. One of the best anti-CtB cards is Kir. If you're worried about CtB, I would probably put a few of those in.

In type 1 it is not uncommon to run into large banding chains, green prophets, zeb, speed decks, the garden tomb, z's temple, sitelock, stand alone defenses, bayblonians, or phillistines, but I have no idea what exactly to expect in type 2. What are some of the most common strategies on offense and defense? Are there any staple cards for a type 2 deck.
