When I read the title I was expecting a green/teal hybrid offense. 

Which version of Phineas and Ahimaaz are you using? Any particular reason you're running the RoJ Priests of Christ over the promo? How are you getting that Tabernacle out of Reserve?
When I ran a Tabernacle deck, I had pretty good success with just spamming Dutiful+G&O and Phineas+Zeal. That was before all these new teal toys, though, so take that how you will. Though it may be based off that playstyle, I also found a lot of value in running two Aaron's Staff - CBN on your Tabernacle priests is so valuable.
Eli is great at grabbing your Tabernacle arts and U&T from deck - I'd highly recommend finding room for him.

I haven't gotten a chance to mess around with that particular defense much yet, but I'd suggest adding a Scattered or Scattered Sheep. I might also recommend trying to find space for a Balaam's Disobedience or two - it's not foolproof and it can pass init, but it's often a fairly solid CBN win. Gam's Speech is also nice if you can find room for another neutral or two, especially since it can be used to negate both alignments.

@Bobbert - False Peace grabs pretty much anything and I think it is the only way to get Tab out of reserve. The 2nd Tabernacle is purely a backup. Phineas is priests, ahimaaz is priests, mostly because I don't need red, mostly because I like priests phineas protection. And RoJ PoC grabs Everytribe. I could easily swap that stuff for more Dutiful or Captive priests but this seems more fun.

You really only need a couple Zeals or gifts since tabernacle recurs them, so I feel fine branching out a bit more, at least on paper. Even so, there's a lot of cool teal things I left out.

I'm expecting False Prophecy to be similar to Balaam's and that's why I didn't include any. Scattered was in here and can easily go back in for something. If Confusion isn't a good option then I have 2 free evil slots. And No Regard can easily be Scattered or something.

I feel like FoM Ahamaaz is just more valuable than Priests Ahamaaz. Sure, there's an extra brigade on him and you can't withdraw, but he protects all your priests from capture, underdeck, and set aside, as well as letting you look at a reserve as well if needed.
