I'd swap the 2-Liners for Wanderer x2.

You can only have up to 3 of the same artifact and I'd only recommend 1 copy of Holy Grail.  I don't see a need for Kerith Ravine in the deck.  You will no longer need Ashdod in the deck.  I think you could also take out Hopper. 

That would give you 9 open slots and I think your offense and defense could use it.  Because your offense relies heavily on having all those heros, I would probably put in a Chariots of Fire, Brass Serpent and a return capture card like I am Redemption.  I might try to fit in a Crown of Thorns and an Elijah's Mantle.

I personally don't like having so many duplicates of heros and would take out a couple duplicates for cards like Simeon, -Jacob, the Centurions.

You are missing Philistine Outpost for the defense.

First Observations:

Too many Holy Grails (3 is the max on arts)
Foreign Sword is actually a neutral card.
Not enough evil characters- I would splash in another color to help against pre-block ignore. Add
        in a couple banding characters perhaps. Spirit of Temp would be good to get your unique
        heroes out of your hand. Perhaps cut some of the curses to make room.
Max out Isr. Archers and add some healing cards (ie. brass serpent or I am Healing).
Too many duplicates of unique heroes. Would only do 2 of Asahel, Ishmaiah, Abishai and Heldai.

Cards to Cut:

David's Might Men- great with Asahel, but I think Bravery of David is better overall
Kerith's Revine- just not that useful
Holy Grail x3- it's ability can only be used twice per game no matter now many copies you have
Torn Mantle/Four Horns- Philly Horses and Joseph in Prison are better
2-liner LS- kind of risky, sub in Wanderer LS x2

Cards to Add:

Wall of Protection- people will be banding to your offense all day, so add a WoP or maybe too
Council of Abigail x2- great battle winner with the fbtn charactes since it is cbp
Unholy Writ- I would max these out at 3
Blue Tassels- protects your heroes from those pesky writs and charms
Cent at Cap/Cent at Calvary- good abilities and access to the NT lost soul
Joseph in Prison- great battle winner
Philly Chariots and Horses- adds drawing and some initiative

P.S. I didn't look at the ratios with these adds/cuts so they are not going to be correct. Just trying to give some general suggestions and advice. I also like Clift's idea to add water jars, but i'm a bit partial to them.

The Woman at the Well x3 (she is unique, so you only really need 1 copy)

The Centurion at Calvary (great character and you need some more NT guys)
The Centurion at Capernacum (see above)
