What's a good deck to use to test a T2 deck? I'm not looking for a championship deck, but a basic deck to simply test "does this concept work?" With T1 I use Super Starters (decks built from starter cards, with a couple extra dominants), just to have a baseline for play. (If a deck can't consistently beat a SS, it won't beat anything in a tournament.) Then once I get the concpet down I can tweak the deck to improve it. I'm looking for something similar for T2. Any ideas?

Your best bet might be to test against decks with the most common offense/defense pairings such as:
Disciples/Pharisees
Genesis/Egyptians
Isaiah/Assyrians
Prophets/Babylonians
Judges/Canaanites
I'm also up for T2 games online ;D

I do the same SS thing (but only in T1).

I like to test my decks against "constricting" decks, or counter decks. These include Nazareth, charms, herods temple, golden cherubim, cwd, things that like that restrict me from playing, or my characters from working. I also like to do what Justin said. Make the top decks and test against those.

I should try that...
