3 twelve finger giants seems like too much -trade one for philly priest

pigs ls stops your laver

land dispute works well with this quick benedictus offence to kill a temple or wall maybe
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

You're obviously missing Goliath!  ;)  I'd include Philistine Lords, Philistine Guards, and Philistine Charioteers as well (someday).

Isn't Armorbearer unique?  If so then I would probably drop that to 3 and maybe replace with another Garrison and Fallen Warrior.   I think Bringing Fear is a lot better than Foolish Advice so why not max that?

I wouldn't put in Flee from Enemies.  I don't see that as necessary and there are so many ways to get rid of curses now.

It seems like this defense might have trouble stopping a Garden Tomb offense, ironically.  You don't have territory protection and no can't be ignored.

The offense seems good but I might try to fit in a NT Gabriel and maybe Passover Hymn.

Armorbearer is Generic, which is why Outpost is so good (since it can pretty much recur any Philistine through PAB). In this deck, FA and BF do essentially the same thing, and in a defense that relies heavily on big toughness and FBTN, the extra /1 from FA might help occasionally.

However, I'd probably scrap both FA's, one Garrison (he's generic so Outpost can get him out as needed), and both Flee from Enemies and add one or two Wrath of Satan, a Simon the Magician, and a JiP or two. Simon and JiP would help your TGT problem, and FW + Bringing Fear + Wrath can be devastating, especially if you are playing a non-NT offense and can use your Bread and Wine to heal all your heroes.

Your offense looks pretty solid, but having only 5 unique NT females may be problematic. Also, Covenant of Abraham will give you problems, but I've never seen a TGT deck prepared for it, and I'm not really sure what you would even add.

Yeah I would definitely like to fit in some more white chicks.  Just tough to find the space with the silver in there.  I love the defensive suggestions,  I'll probably just have to fit in a Chariot just in case with the Wrath's.  I've considered Gabriel in the past to recur since I seem to run out of offense late in the game against certain defenses but didn't have the space.  Angel in the Path is nice for banding for pharisees (BD), and Angel of Warning is nice for pulling HT, TGT, or site access.  TSA has been the least useful, outside of getting some free early souls every once in a while with early FBTN.  FIOHP + HiR + TSA is nice but doesn't happen very often.  I dunno maybe I'll test a couple game with a couple Gabes in place of the TSA because he can recur Benedictus, Consider the Lilies, and The New Covenant.  Gloria in Excelsis Deo could also be a nice add.  I'll just have to test in out and see.
