The offense is brutal. Job, Jacob and CoTH say hi.

It looks pretty solid, but how long does it take to get going? I have a kind of similar defense, but my offense is very fast because of it so I usually have no problems getting all my mini defensive combos. You said you were using Job, Jacob/Coth, I know that offense is very slow and I think it would hinder the defense because of it. Having just a small band with no KoT/Foul Spirit at the end is not too hard to get around, having just a big guy is even easier. A BTNb on defense and a big guy with a negate all is better, but it seems like the first 6 or 7 turns you will not have the combos necessary to stop a solid fast offense.

The offense gets out of the gates fast, but isn't fast in drawing terms. Laver will help me get the defense set up faster, but I do worry with how fast it will get set up. However, sites are usually good for a stall or two the first couple rounds. I thought about adjusting the defense some to add in some beginning game blocks. Was thinking maybe a few Phillys or PotW, but KoT can still be pretty effective early on as can a herod with herod's dungeon.

I would add another KoT then if you want early blocks. Laver won't really help because this defense relies on each brigade to really be strong and with Laver you will be putting down defensive cards and not necessarily getting more defensive cards.

I was just hoping to throw my duplicate Herods under deck with laver. I figured this defense was worth trying but not sure it is better than my current one. My current defense is pretty simple:

Creeping Deceiver x5
False Teachers x5
Leviathan x2
Sapphira x2
Red Dragon x2

Mid Attack x5
Neb's Pride x3
Wolves in Sheeps Clothing x3

That looks good too, might as well try it. I like Archer's of Kedar to WC dudes with Midianite Attack. You can go a lot of different ways with banding/Mid Attack.

I think the offense will do well. It is basically:

Job x3
Jacob x4
CotH x2
Job's Faith x5
RTC x5
Abe's Descendants x2
WoP
Kerith Revine x2
D&A x2
I am Holy x2
I am Grace
I am Redemption
I am Creator

Had to add in the revines for Job's Faith to work. I am interested to see how this offense works out. I have played 2 games with my current version. It has gone 1-1. The offense has been strong, but has ran into a few obstacles. However, they can be fixed. The first problem is that I was not able to get out Job/Jacob as quickly as I had hoped. I need to be able to attack every turn with this offense. I added a few I Am Creators to help me out. I also stalled out at 6 in my loss due to no site access. I ran into silver sites, which apparently hurt me more than I thought. I added in Priestly Crown to go along with all my other sites so hopefully that will take care of that issue. I have been using the Heretic defense and have found it to be very strong thus far.
