Red and Red/Teal deck d/c

Caleb
Ishmaiah
Ahimelek
Abishai
David, the Shepherd
Asahel
Joab
King Saul
Samuel x2
AUtO x4
Heldai
King Jehu

WoP
The Throne of David

A Soldier's Prayer x4
Warrior's Spear x3
Battle Cry x2
Unified Kingdom x2
Bravery of David x2
The Battle is the Lord's x2

Reserve: Warrior's Spear x1

Foreign Sword x2
Jehu's Sword

Pretty simple, fun deck. It's really fast due to AUtO/David/Throne and David starts pumping out your heroes. A Soldier's Prayer to you Warrior's Spears and you can band all day. Still has some battle winners as well as the ever recurring banding in Ahimelek/Ishmaiah with Foreign Sword. I really like banding in King Jehu with his Sword. The concept is pretty obvious, pull out your spears and start discarding their deck. You could always get froggy with teal/Aaron's Staff with Phineas he works perfect, throw in Ahimaaz, and then add in a few other teal heroes instead of Samuel/Auto but you lose the speed but gain a bigger punch for discarding. I like both versions, teal/red is more fun, but slightly slower but you still get out Spear's quickly, just not heroes as fast, so maybe use The Great White Throne to supplement for AUtO/Samuel?

Teal version:

Caleb
Ishmaiah
Ahimelek
Abishai
David, the Shepherd
Asahel
Joab
King Jehu
Phineas
Ahimaaz
6 Tabernacle heroes, Ithamar, Eleazar

Same enhs but substitute Unified Kingdom for Jehoadia's Strength. You could take out some battle winners and swap in Dutiful Priest for your Tabernacle heroes and add Gifts and Offering. The Silver Trumpets works really well with this as a Tabernacle Priest goes into battle, you can have the Tabernacle out and recur Jeh Strength, then band in everyone or play Gifts and Offering first, or have initiative and band in with Silver Trumpets all your red heroes. Aaron's Staff helps to keep the Warrior's Spears out longer becuase they pop out lost souls. This version has a lot more versatility and has the recursion with The Tabernacle and you can have true battle winners in your reserve and max out the ASP/WS/banding in your main deck and teal battle winners x5 in your reserve for The Tabernacle to fetch. Maybe Pentecost/First Fruits x2 to help speed things up?
Thoughts/comments? Is this offense even feasible right now, or is it just a fun deck? If I win a state tournament early then I hope to find out, until then it's simply an idea under t2 deck advice...

Looks great! No Uriah, Not Alone?

I'm assuming you'd pair the offense with a gold deck-discarding defense ("mill")...it's scary for the opponent when you've got the spears, Aaron's Staff and 3-4x Egyptian Treasures going  :o

Add in a sun worship or two and you're set!

The 2nd Sun Worship would have to be in your territory, so maybe just the 1   ;)

First one will be, too. Sun Worship sits in your own territory and hits opponents. It is still 1 per territory, though - maybe run a second for if someone can get rid of the first.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

Yeah Uriah would be great to band in and recur with Eternal Covenant, so he could easily be slotted in. Not Alone is good too, it’s just a multicolor compared to a mono teal or red banding enh that bands all.

It is a fun deck you can win state with!

It would be extra mill to have the Egyptian Defense and would be even cooler with some demons exploiting potential protection. Trembling

Throw in 2 confusions on defense and it's more accurate..

My only concern is how viable mill is in t2 especially up against music leader type recursion. Sowing bountifully is so crippling because it lines up multiple turns of evil removal..

I'm wondering if a little more gold could do some things like generous widow and gideons 300.. Are we set on a ruling for when decree can be activated?

Thinking a couple of nt aog heroes for wash basin could be sick to line up accurate mill targets

Yes, the discard ability on Decree happens when activated, not at any time.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

I’m not really too worried about a Music Leader deck. He’s easy to tech against. You have to draw and or search so if you search before he comes out and don’t band in Ishmaiah, he doesn’t work. Also, you would target him first on defense or with 3W or idols. Gold defense would be good and is the most obvious choice. I also like orange and gold can play revolt and band in orange to play Persistent Pestering as well. And interrupt and band with adding in demons is good. Now that I think of it, revolt might only say humans, so I’m not too sure.
There’s a lot of ways you can go with this deck and it’s still fast and has battle winners on offense. I’m really big into the value of a card right now as in how much can a card do for you and hurt your opponent. A Soldier’s Prayer is reusable and versatile, Ishmaiah is a constant draw, Ahimelek is a constant battle winner, Foreign Sword is a constant negate and battle winner, Warrior’s Spear is a constant D/C, and David is a constant search and put into play. These cards that stay out and consistently work are vastly underrated and put a major strain on the opponent. The Tabernacle and Aaron’s Staff is the same for the teal side. Being able to use the same cards over and over for free are huge.

With my experience of playing this game for about 18 years the gold and pale green are reliable for discards and captures of opponents cards and characters.
My personal favorite is using a lot of the Assyrians and their capture abilities.
Ive experimented with pale green/gold(E) together to maximize the amount of cards from your opponents deck and wasnt dissapointed with the results but did have my deck very enhancement heavy which lead to a lot of times where if i had one character it wouldve been perfect.

With the red i never went with the discard strategy because i saw that more with the silver and gold brigades.  Great concept though.
