I'm just getting into T2.  Does anyone have a good defense I could use to start off with?

I've found crimson to be a good brigade for new players to start with.  It's fairly easy to use and a lot of the quality cards are common, uncommon and starter deck cards.

I think Brown is also a good defense for a beginning T2 player. It's basic strategy is pretty straightforward--you either win with your battle winner or negate their battle winner, often CBN.

First, you don't necessarily need Haman's Plot (though they help and Gallows saves them from rippage).

The rest of Brown's best cards are fairly easy to obtain. Dungeon is .25 on 3 Lions, Gib Tricks are common, Shimei's Curse is common, Stiff-Necked is an easier FooF card to trade for, Foul Spirit is a starter deck card. Image of Jealousy is a card I like to have 1 or 2 of in a Brown T2 defense.

Gomer and Uzzah are a bit more difficult to obtain, but not impossible--I like to have 2 of each in a T2 defense.

Gates of Jerusalem is one of the best protect forts out there and though it's a bit expensive, obviously it is a promo that will continue to increase in availability.

Disciples has some great Brown cards as well in King Amon, King Manasseh, Prince of Persia and Wickedness of the Tenants.
Fortress Alstad
Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
