Neutral types:
-Sites (all of them, even multicolor ones like Dragon Raid) are neutral.
-Artifacts (not Covenants and Curses, just the plain old Artifacts)
-Lost Souls

Good types:
-Heroes
-Good Enhancements
-Good Dominants
-Covenants
-Good Fortresses

Evil Types:
-Evil Characters (Saul/Paul counts as an Evil Character for deckbuilding purposes)
-Evil Enhancements
-Evil Dominants
-Curses
-Evil Fortresses

Good AND Evil Cards:
-Philosophy (it is counted as both a Good and Evil enhancement)

Nope. It is both good and evil. So it is targetable by cards that say good card/enhancement or evil card/enhancement.
