Win in its current form? No.
I can see what you're trying to do, and its a good idea...in theory. The actual execution is a bit trickier. I've considered this strategy before, and for this to actually work, not even considering speed, its going to need a bit of work.
1. The Destroyer is the perfect character for this offense - if you have a silver enhancement to discard for his ability. Whatever you do, you need to add a few enhancements. Unfortunately, by the very nature of this offense, consistently having a silver enhancement available is a problem.
(My Solution): Switch out the Tabernacles for Zerubabel's Temple (unfortunately, you lose the protection of glory for that oh so precious Book of the Covenant) and add in a few Joiadas and a Feast of Booths. With it, you can recur Death of Firstborn for The Destroyer's ability. Its neither fast nor elegant, but its the only thing I could think of off the top of my head. Also, you'll want one or two I am Redemptions if your opponent is playing a capture based defense (yes, I do see the inherent problem with IaR and your raider's camp. In this case, I would actually suggest adopting a different defensive strategy).
2. The defense.
Right now, you're defense is simply too weak. It's stopped cold by too many artifacts, all the small initiative heroes and preblock ignore, and even with Gates of Jerusalem and asherah pole you simply won't be able to stop anything effectively. And also, considering how long it will take to get the chamber going, your defense needs a method of getting rid of the souls rather than merely delaying your opponent. DoU or Just a Hireling for example.
