Basically, I am building an ANB tomb for type 2. I need to know this-

Should I still put in a few FBTN heros?

How Many Gaden Tomb heros Should I have?

Should I use a Multi color defense, or a single color defense?

How many cards should be in it?


When I figure out this info, I will post my deck here!

Tried it, It was FTL (For Teh Looze.). Don't try it.

Well with that deck you're hoping that you can get an ANB before they get one or the other.

Yes. This is true, unfortunatly. I tried to make this deck have battle winners, other than ANB. But, it was hard to do. I also tried to make it a site lock deck, and that didnt work out either because I did the math, and when I shuffle with ANB I will most likely get more lost souls than sies!

Ok, I will add two wastelands for dealing with nazareth. But, what two evil cards should I take out to switch with them?

Wastelands doesn't shuffle, it places under deck.

Hi123, all of your heroes are unique (and you use several copies of them), and that's going to give you massive problems.  You're probably going to have a bunch of heroes clogging up your hand or getting discarded that you can't lay down because there's already one out.  IMO, you usually don't want to have more than 1-3 of the same unique card in a deck, and never 3 unless you absolutely need to have it out very quickly.  The same goes for all those Ananias, Sapphira, and Gomer.

I don't see this deck working well at all. Have you tried it yet? Too many of the same characters, and if they get Nazareth out then you will have to wait for your Wastelands to come out to start your deck. You have no real way of getting lost souls other than hoping you get a good reset and they get a bad reset. But what happens when you get an 8/8 hero and they have a normal EC with one enh? You have nothing to boost your numbers but your battle winners which you need to score multiple points from one reset, not one enh in a btn battle for a point, cuz that will mess up your game later. Also what happens if they play heavy characters? This deck has some potential but not in a high competitive tournament. I honestly don't think that would rank at a Southeast district. Switch up the characters on both sides and add multicolor good enhs.

Tyler's assesment is right on the money. ANB decks were great initially, but aren't nearly as effective now since people are ready for them and because of Nazareth. My T2 defense last year used Babylonians and easily shut down ANB decks with characters such as Nebby, Nerg and Leviathan backed by Midianite Attacks and Nebby's Pride. The addition of Darius' Decree and the new sites further hurt ANB. I currently have 2 copies of each of the new sites, excluding Marketplace, in my T2 deck. If I get CP and Naz down it would be game over for you. I have a feeling you will be seeing alot of these new sites in both T1 and T2 so I would plan as if every deck is going to include them.
