Outburst of Anger and Temptation go very well with Herod's "forced withdraw" theme.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

I would say that the forced withdraw theme is made much better with Raider's Camp, since HA2 turns withdraw cards into capture cards. I don't really see a reason to put in Outburst if you don't plan on using it to capture the hero and put it in RC, since your opponent can add a new hero to battle. You already have Egyptian Warden for capture, so RC is definitely good.

Also, if you add Herod Agrippa I, you have another target for Herod's Treachery (who is Crimson), and you can capture Peter for a nice self-capture auto-block.

I was thinking about that but I was wondering what to remove for it. Thats my issue this deck used to be 77 cards but it played too slow.

I know I'm stating the obvious here... but if you add RC, you already have Peter so Herod Agrippa I is a no brainer.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

This offense is fluffy to say the least. Take out a battle-winner and a Negate for Jahaziel and Kereth Ravine. Gives you a ton more staying power and the ability to use The Battle is the Lord's pre-block.

There are too many EE's, too. Take out Sarah's Jealosy and Dream. Lies, Swift Horses, and Moses Kills Egyptian should be Failed Objective and Egypt. Get rid of either Archers or Gomer (or both), Storehouse, and Unholy Writ, and you can take out a Soul to get down to 63.

Then, get rid of  WoP and one of the Hero Recursion artifacts (you don't need both) in favor of HAI and RC for self-capture.

Great Image is only so-so when you're not using side-battles, so you can take that out for Temptation.

That's the advice I have to offer on this deck.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Yeah, I like my red fluffy. I knew I forgot something. I used to abuse him with valor of warriors.

I'm a bit lax to remove all my interrupts though. Any reason why you would remove them?
