GENERAL COMMENTS:
I figured I'd call this an offense-heavy since my angels and O.T. characters have lots of potential.  Most of my character formations are based on banding capabilities; for instance, Tribal Elder can band to any of my Blue Brigade Heroes, Jacob can band to any of my angels, and my demons can easily band with a few of my human evil characters.  Temple Veil and Priestly Crown can work very well with my Silver and Blue Heroes respectively.  Other than that I have a fairly standard deck.  I didn't include New Jerusalem because I don't own that card yet, unfortunately.  So, what do you guys think?

Whats the deal with the offense? 26 cards? that's almost half the deck.  You should you need to cut it down about 9 cards and put in 6 of the doms you're missing, a hopper, a defensive card and a promise land site.  I'm also not quite sure how effective the sites would be in their scattered state; with 5 sites, you might want 4 babylon sites and a babylonian banquet hall.  And if you're doing site lock out, you might want to play black philistines.  You can rid the deck of gifts of the magi, put in writ, get rid of temple veil, put in chariot and put in Holy grail for altar of incense.
