following demons, Wickedness removed, chamber of angels, Wall of Protection and unholy writ

Following Demons is a great card, but it like all other captures can be stopped too easily now a days.

Wickedness removed is an interesting card, but I don't think it could take the role of a battle winner. I just can't afford the slot for a fun card when I'm playing with such a small deck.

I've actually considered Chamber of Angels in this deck many times, but I like to attack early in the game and if I lose a much needed hero (like Michael) to the discard pile I'll have no way to get him back the rest of the game. That's why I chose Chariot of Fire, so I could be a bit more aggressive. Good thought though, I might eventually switch the two.

Wall of Protection is one of those cards that is what I call a slot filler. A card that isn't really necessary in my book, then again other people see it differently. I just haven't been in enough situations where I needed this card.

Unholy Writ is another card I've considered putting in this deck, I don't know if it quite works like it use to. That's why It's not in here.

Thanks for the great suggestions. :)

Satan's seat and a site will get around almost all protect cards

True, but Satan's Seat will get you burned more often than not. It seems like it should be an awesome card, but it ends up never working out.  :(

I'd say that it's pretty close to as good as it's going to get with those 2 brigades.  One minor change that I'd make.  Replace one of your lost souls with the "Can't be Prevented" lost soul from RoA.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

Thanks Gabe, I'll switch a lost soul for the can't be prevented. :)

And also thanks JSB23 for all of your suggestions, I appreciate it. :)

Another Question for all you guys, how well do think this deck or a deck like it would do at a tournament? I don't know it just seems way to simple of a deck to be competitive.

Keep in mind that everyone was expecting the top decks at Nats to be CTB, CBN, etc... And no one prepared to play against a Genesis/Rome deck, and I don't think anyone at a tournament would be prepared to play an all demon/angel deck.

And if for some strange reason, everyone started to throw in demon and angel stoppers in their decks, then just switch to your good ol' speed deck and show them whos boss.  8)

I knew he would be using that so I was prepaired, but my draw forsook me ;). Though thats cuz I've played him quite a few times.

I think this deck would be awesome in a tourny...I mean...who uses orange? No one preps for it.

I'm sure he'll get the reaction after he puts one down: "Oh, that must be in there for some combo or a stand alone... RA with Micah and I'll use my provisions to make you block with Trembling Demon, and I'll discard (blank) from my hand so I can rescue a LS." Then Daniel will calmly ask for initiative and then play Sinning Hand.

GG, have a nice day.

It's especially funny when your opponent Angel of the Lords your Doubt. I mean... really? Did you really just play a dominant to kill my dominant?

Epic fail. :P

OHH... i think you can.  I used it in a tourney and got rid of a guy's prince of this world, Saul/Paul, Apprehended, deceit of sapphira and put the NT lost soul in his territory.  It may not take the place of a battle winner, but  it doesn't need to.  It can get rid of some REALLY wicked cards that would have made your life heck otherwise. ;)

If you can't afford to put a fun card in your deck, your deck is too small ;)

I like it a lot, I think this deck could work really well, all you have to do is play with it until you're comfortable with it and maybe make some adjustments to better fit your playstyle if necessary.
