Need some quick help. I'm going on vacation next week, and we're bringing along some Redemption decks to play when it's too hot to go outside. (We're heading to Florida-if our vacation started a week later, we might have made SE Regionals!) I reworked my Scralet Knights deck, but would appreciate any advice. The only restriction on this deck is that all heroes/ECs/enhancements have to contain red or crimson.
I cut down to 50 cards and added a couple of drawing cards to speed it up a little, but it certainly is not a fast deck. It's not designed for tournament play, but to be a viable, fun deck to play with. I should cut an EE, but am waffling as to which one.

I agree. It could come out for King Belshazzar. Also, the 3-Liner is risky without Burial. I'd use the Revealer or the NT Only instead.
-
Thanks for the catch on the LS. I had intended to take it out when I pulled Burial and just forgot.
Carried Into Exile was my candidate. KB was the last EC I pulled, so I'll switch those two. Any other suggestions are welcome.

You should get a King Bel. Also, your playing 50 so I don't think you need DoN and Capture Ark.

I'd definitely use one of those two, but both is probably a little excessive, especially with Foreign Sword.
-
I would take out Drawn Sword for Desecrate the Temple. An early Neb searching for that will often snag an SoG before any arts are active or temples are out. DS is an interruptable EE battle winner that pant an interrupt, which will rarely do you much good.

TAS is absolutely required. Being able to chain him to Nebuchadnezzar is the best play Crimson has.

I'd personally replace Warrior's Spear with Counsel of Abigail. CoA is just so useful. But Warrior's Spear is a lot of fun, and can give LS to rescue or occasionally snipe Doms.

Like he said, it's not a tournament deck and so to stick with the theme he wouldn't want to add The Amalekites' Slave because of it's lack of Red/Crimson.
-
That's the outline of a tournament deck. From there he can customize it to his thematic preference.
-
Actually, I can't add TAS to the deck, not because of theme but because all my copies of TAS are already in other live decks. (Time to go shopping?)
-
Good luck, they are hard to find.
