no Counsel of Abigail?

It was in there originally, but ended up being one of my final cuts. I found that I rarely used it in my Sam deck.

I've found it helpful in my Samuel deck, but I guess it's just a matter of preference. Mustering for War is very useful card as well.

Better hope they can't band to your King David.

In this deck are you playing Speed or Gates. With only 4 Samarias and 2 battle winners on defense I would find it hard to win more than 2 or 3 battles.

This is kind of a just for fun deck, but it is a combination of both speed and gates. The offense can draw through the deck and get Gates up and running quickly. Gates and dominants should be good for a few blocks.

The defense isn't really going to win you any battles. I love the idea of doing a Sam + Israelite Royalty deck, since there's a bit of overlap there, but I think there's other ways you could go about it. In general, I would strip the offense just a bit to add a few brown battle winners (Haman's Plot mostly).
