I think the offense and defense need a couple more enhancements, you can't just rely on gates to snipe their offense.  What if your opponent gets rid of it? Then you're cut really low on options.. Wickedness of the tenants is really good and is cbp.  What souls/doms are you putting in?

When I first started throwing cards on the table for the deck, the defense would have been 17 cards...
...decrease stuff like Zimri, Gomer (Wo), Plagued with Diseases, King Rehoboam (to put Angel of Warning in a side battle and play Samaria to kill the rescuing hero)...
...site manipulation like 2 Liner+Samaria+Threatened Lives+High Places
All fun stuff that probably just isn't legit' in today's meta

But given the effectiveness of the offense, the multitude of sites (granted, sites that Sam decks can get into), and the presence of a stock-able Raider's camp... it all seemed like overkill. One thing I took out that I've since put back in is King Jehoash and King Amazing for CBN self capture more than the Soul Gen.

Thanks to cards cards like Sams Edict, Bravery of David, Joseph Before Pharaoh, it's hard to build a reliable Brown defense... advice?

7 Samarias is overkill, imo. I'd cut at least two. They just clog up your hand. I'd also cut King Zed, Dungeons, and Raider's Camp. I see where your going with that and it could be beneficial, but capture is fairly easy to protect from. Plus, you only have one reliable way (Dungeon) to capture anyone. Add Captured Ark (stops HHI, RBD, ect.), some more battle winners on offense and, another few evil characters. Ishmaiah might be nice to have in there as well.

You could always add Burial/Hormah+ a 2-Liner to help the defense.
