I would drop Ira or benaiah for Moses so auto can search for him

You could then use Jacob to band to auto to swap for Moses

I'd drop Ark of the Covenant and Samuel for Israelite Archer and Moses.

Reasons why:
Samuel really only has one purpose, to search for David and then draw two. Once you have David out Samuel really isn't doing anything and if you draw David before Samuel he just becomes an empty slot.

Ark of the Covenant isn't used very often in the first place and with your defense it seems a bit less useful. With your big 10/1 guys the battle has a better chance in ending in mutual destruction than pretty much anything else. And if you do get initiative to play one of your enhancements then chances are your Ark would be wasted anyways because you'll have defeated them anyways.

I'd also drop Ark and Sam but for Moses and Jacob. Samuel (NT) would be a good add too.

Right, sorry, I was thinking of Thirty Pieces of Silver, my bad. Regardless, I think that should still come out for Israelite Archer and Samuel for Moses.
