Most of your strategy seems focused on the Sads, why do you even have the Pharisees in there?
If your whole tactic is to wait until the end, then you will be timed out about half of your games (3 out of 8 games at Natz were timed-out for me). Also, SS is not always reliable. You should have more back up than that. Plus with COT up, Judges seat kills less evil characters. Plus, WOS will kill the judge in the seat as well.

There's no way to stop it when it's placed, other than both a Protection Fort and Color-Guard in a Gold site.
Actually, after a 13 page discussion, it was shown that it can be interupted which means it can be negated. Also, if they are immune to you, nothing happens to them. Plus, an evil fort/site is not always available.
