Different than Type 2:
- good and evil don't need to be balanced.
- T1 has forts, arts, and covs/curses at 1 per 50; T2 has a max of 3.
- T1 limits you to only 3 copies of a card w/o an SA; T2 has a limit of 5.
- T1 limits you to only 1 per 50 of a card w/ an SA; T2 has a limit of 5 (excluding LS, arts, forts, etc).

sk is correct on all accounts.  In addition though, your defense will have to be relatively large because the key to having a successful big deck is to not be beaten early.  If you can get into the latter turns then you should win a high percentage of the time.

2 of each SA Lost Soul, really 2 of almost every card.

Btw, 100 card decks that are defense heavy are amazing, especially with The Bronze Laver.  If your defense is good enough you can just outlast your opponent and then win whenever you want.  They're definitely fun to play, especially if you have a specific strategy (I used a poison/number decreasing Brown defense and it was a blast, stuff like that is hard to defend against and can kill tons of heroes.  Something like hand or deck discard would also be great).
