Mustering for War and 4DC along with more banding for Ishmiah help you with speed. If I were you I would consider adding in some FBTNB into this deck it would go a long way to make it more effective. But if you are set on mono-red these are my suggestions. If however, you are fine with adding in some FBTNB I'll update my suggestions.

Mustering for war is arguably the best set aside enhancement. But you cannot always go out with Uriah and Dave kills him.
The point in taking out Jael's Nail and T&S is that they are repetitive, he already has a bunch of battle winners. Having two battlewinners that are only good on one specific character create too much hand-clog to be worthwhile.
