can someone give me a list of the basic cards played in a red FBTN Offense?

Red doesn't have a FBTN character, but if you mean FBTNB...

For banding:
Heldai
Asahel
Abishai
Ishmaiah

Maharai
Joab

Beniah
Ira

In addition to this list, Israelite Archer is very useful in FBTNB offenses.

and Spy just generally all around rocks so id put him in maybe ;D

Captain of the Host could be a good add.   As would the Kings TSA (but only if you decide to use Israelite Archer.
