My feeling is that, at this point in the meta, Prophets are going to be one of the stronger strategies, since they aren't as impacted by anti-meta as Sam and Genesis are. Thus, in MP, I think they have a strong chance to fair well, especially if Gifts ends up out early. I'd like to get this down to 50, obviously, but I'm having troubles figuring out where to make the cut. How valuable is Protection of Jerusalem as a strategy in multi? Any experience there?

I think the cuts could come from defense. Try eliminating captured by Assyria (it gives inish) and King Pillsbury.

The problem is if I do that, I may as well cut Protection of Jerusalem as well, yes?

From what I've seen of multi, there won't be many evil cards for you to hit with PoJ.

Well, if you play any other Assyrian decks you could easily demolish their whole defense with PoJ. Otherwise it's a pretty solid battle winner with Fire, Smoke and Sulfur and Striking Herod with just discarding your own dude and then discarding their guy in battle un-negatably.
