On Gideon, yes, he should be at least to scare your opponent. Nothing Invokes Terror (haha) like a Gideon in territory. Helps to protect everyone else from nastiness in my experience I see where you're going with this, but you will definitely be giving up souls, especially to a speed deck, and most likely not be able to set up your end-game before your opponent wins.
I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not about gideon
Can you give me an example of something he can do?
I've also added sam's edict along with samson sacrifice. If I use AWaSN, then they are CBN and I can use them even on moses. I kept aaron as an alternative to band to moses, and also so that danny won't be alone in green prophets. Also, do you think it would be a good trade to exchange drawn sword for eli's sound advice? That would give me a little more speed.

Sam's Edict is a I Samuel card On the underline, it can be very useful, but note that it is not an interrupt, nor a negate if you do not have a Tabernacle Priest in play. If you manage to get Aaron out (who you currently can't search for but would have to draw out) it can negate an evil card, but if you only have Judges, it is a draw-3-play-next. You'd have to get initiative (which I don't see you doing very often with this deck...). It being CBP is very helpful, though, with your Moses bands.
Adding TAS is always a good option, it's gets you a soul to rescue and an EC from deck to stop the opponent from rescuing. You could probably cut a crimson enhancement to fit him in.
The Amalekites' Slave (RA) Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Gold/Brown • Ability: 4 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: If blocking, you may place this card in opponent's Land of Bondage to search your deck for a human Evil Character and add it to the battle. • Play As: If blocking, you may choose to have your opponent capture this card to search your deck for a human Evil Character and add to battle the Evil Character.

You need either astrologers or Chaldeans, I lean towards Astrologers myself, otherwise Magic Charms is useless.
