On Gideon, yes, he should be at least to scare your opponent.  Nothing Invokes Terror (haha) like a Gideon in territory.  Helps to protect everyone else from nastiness in my experience :)

I see where you're going with this, but you will definitely be giving up souls, especially to a speed deck, and most likely not be able to set up your end-game before your opponent wins.

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not about gideon

Oh, I'm serious.  A lot of people will do mean nasty things to him in your territory to stop him from bullet-proofing without being brought back from discard.  The protection is just a nice side-effect from what I've seen :)

Can you give me an example of something he can do?

Well, he's bulletproof in battle when sent in by AUTO, right?  And Sam's Edict is CBN on him, plus a whole lot of other nasty you could pull off that your opponent can't stop.  Even when I don't use him, I get a lot of fear from my opponent.  Sure, they should use CM on a different hero in my territory.  Sure, when I RA with someone besides Gideon, they should capture my angel instead of him in my territory.  That doesn't stop them from using ammo on him they should direct elsewhere :)

Ok, i've changed directions with my deck. It's a Judges-Angel deck with Prophets splashed in. Also, i've scrapped the brown defense for my all-so-favorite, Babylonians. Thanks to jmbeers for introducing me to some Babylonian characters i didn't know existed. I'd appreciate advice as I think I might have spread myself too thin on my offense now. I think the defense is solid though. Even if I have a whole lot of enhancements. I figure I have 2 weapon class cards though, and half the babs are warrior class, so they'll be easy to play. I've also added sam's edict along with samson sacrifice. If I use AWaSN, then they are CBN and I can use them even on moses. I kept aaron as an alternative to band to moses, and also so that danny won't be alone in green prophets. Also, do you think it would be a good trade to exchange drawn sword for eli's sound advice? That would give me a little more speed.

On the italics, Sam's Edict is not CBN on Moses, AwSN or no.  Sam's Edict is a I Samuel card :)

On the underline, it can be very useful, but note that it is not an interrupt, nor a negate if you do not have a Tabernacle Priest in play.  If you manage to get Aaron out (who you currently can't search for but would have to draw out) it can negate an evil card, but if you only have Judges, it is a draw-3-play-next.  You'd have to get initiative (which I don't see you doing very often with this deck...).  It being CBP is very helpful, though, with your Moses bands.

Eli's Sound Advice is a great card for Moses. He's already negating most of the Evil cards that you'd like to negate, and the d3 play next can really help. The fact that it can negate another Evil card (Curse/Fortress/CBP enhancement) if Aaron is in play is just icing on the cake. Since you have a lot of EEs, I would definitely replace one of them with ESV, probably Apprehended or Coliseum Lions, as those are NT and can't become CBN on Nergal.

Also, you should switch the other NT enhancement for Nebuchadnezzar's Pride and switch Nebuchadnezzar's Dream for Desecrate the Temple. A first turn Nebby will often allow you to play DtT before your opponent has any temples or arts in play, which means you can often get rid of SoG.

Yeah, sam's edict is really just for gideon. :p

Ok, deck updated. Anything else? Hows the defense? Will it stop enough? And what about iron pan? should it be in there?

Also, is there any way to get my ec's out a little faster? I just played a game where I couldn't draw an ec for 4 turns.

Adding TAS is always a good option, it's gets you a soul to rescue and an EC from deck to stop the opponent from rescuing.  You could probably cut a crimson enhancement to fit him in.

The Amalekites' Slave.  :)

Quote
The Amalekites' Slave (RA) Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Gold/Brown • Ability: 4 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: If blocking, you may place this card in opponent's Land of Bondage to search your deck for a human Evil Character and add it to the battle. • Play As: If blocking, you may choose to have your opponent capture this card to search your deck for a human Evil Character and add to battle the Evil Character.

To add in all those here's what I would do:

Out The Imperial Guard, Apprehended, Carried into Exile.

For, Uzzah, Saabath Breaker, And Ammy's slave

Sabbath Breaker isn't that great for a deck with a sizable defense.

You need either astrologers or Chaldeans, I lean towards Astrologers myself, otherwise Magic Charms is useless.

Especially if you just used Invoking Terror as a TC EE and put it on bottom  ;D
