How good is a medium sized Persian deck? Has anyone tried it this season and if so what did and didn't work.

Just kidding. But seriously. The best thing that Persians have going for them is that you can use Gomer and Uzzah with them fairly easily.

I love the Persians. They're fun.

You can use Persian Presidents with Haman, or coupled with a Disciples offense. If you go with the demons, you can also use Two Possessed. You will want Lion's Den, so if you also include Goat with Two Horns, adding Media will give you the option of trying site lockout.

I agree with the Professor that Gomer and Uzzah are good additions, and you could always include Old Faithful - King Zedekiah.

I say that if Persians sound fun, then go with it, regardless of the critics.

Also Persians help kill a babylonian defence since Bear and Ram each allow you to discard a Babylonian. I would also through in a brown Prince of Greece too since he bands to Prince of Persia.
