I've been trying to think of a use for the defense in ROA set 19, so here's what I came up with. Please post your ideas on what could make it better...

Out with Blue site x2 and in with Lion's Den x 2 (works with Persian Presidents)

Also consider adding Zeresh and Haman.  Not only do they get a nice bonus when they band together but they're both Persian.

Technically that makes Haman's Plot a Persian card too but only cheaters play with that. ;)

Also use the new "set aside" Lost Soul in RoA to combine with the Pres.

I question whether or not 2 human ECs is enough to warrant using Hormah.
