Good morning brothers,
I've got a Red Warrior class beat-down deck that's been doing very well in my local area so with the recent winning streak I'm noticing that my opponents are tweaking their decks against mine. A recent side-in have been N.T. evil fortresses which I'm finding difficult to counter. Any body have some advice? Trap of the Devil will protect my opponent's cards from negate if my strength is 14 or more and I use a lot of banders so 14 is pretty easy for me to reach.

Convince your playgroup that those cards are worthless anyway. ;)
Splash in another color.
-
Red goes really good with Teal or White.
(Throw in like one tabernacle priest. Play Trumpet and Sword. Discard their protect fort and like 8 ECs.)
-
TSA and Captain goes good in any deck. Throw in a Burning Censer.

Which color would be better to splash in Teal or Silver? Wow the choices!
-
Silver would be smaller, Teal would be better.
-
Splashing Teal Tabernacle priests and Trumpet and Sword (Di) would give you an evil fort killer and a battlewinner.
-
Teal could theoretically be smaller if you just throw in one Tabernacle Priest and nothing else, beings you should already be using Trumpet and Sword. You could also make it bigger by throwing in Phin-Josh-Ahiimaz-U+T-Zeal.
-
One tabernacle priest and one trumpet and sword, versus TSA and Burning Censer. 2=2. However, Phin, Ahimaaz, Zeal, and Trumpet and Sword would be best. U&T is optional.

TRUMPET AND SWORD SHOULD ALREADY BE IN HIS DECK. IF IT ISN'T, HE NEEDS TO ADD IT.
One tabernacle priest and Trumpet and Sword (if he doesn't have it), versus TSA and Burning Censer (and Trumpet and sword if he doesn't have it).
1=/=2
2=/=3

Point made. but TSA=TSA.

I have the cards mentioned, but I don't run any of them except Trumpet & Sword since my deck currently is mono red beat down. I'm considering going Red/Teal. I wonder if I should just splash in one tabernacle priest for the bonus on Trumpet & Sword or if I should redo the entire offense and go Red & Teal. It's a Mono Red beat down/control deck.
-
Mono red's not going to beat much of anything down unless you're playing someone who's still trying to run splash defense.
-
I agree, even though it's cool to play all red, it's just a disadvantage to you. I'd do maybe 10 red + 6 teal.

Teal also brings in Trumpet Blast, Zeal for the Lord and others. Trumpet blast is fun for blowing up evil fortresses!!
-
Teal packs some real power. I'd go with that. U+T would be really beneficial, so you'll know not to attack your opponent with your big red band if you realize they have some mean evil enhancements. It also has some of the best battle winners in Zeal (itb, discard. CBN on two of the best teal heroes), T Blast (discard pesky site or fort, all ECs in battle), and Holy Unto the Lord (hardly anything prots from shuffle, it is CBI).
Teal can also help speed your deck up a bit of that is a problem, with Joiada + Feasts. You'd also have an excuse to use Mustering for War, which is an awesome card ;D.
