Title: New Deck Idea
Post by: amelo on May 01, 2009, 03:14:12 PM: So the point is defenseless site lockout using Vengeance of Eternal Fire, Jacob's Dream, Caleb, Wastelands, DON, and Captured Ark. Any suggestions?

It is very effective and catches a lot of people off guard. I dusted off this deck and swept the top three in the final round of the January/February Substitute Online Tournament so I know it still works.

What you're doing looks a little slow. For this deck to work it has to be fast. I don't think you'll have time to take advantage of all those gold enhancements and Judges Seat.

Teal works really well because it's fast and powerful. You can take full advantage of cards like Trumpet Blast and Holy Unto the Lord. The blue, gold, red or green brigades are really there to get rid of opposing sites and occasionally pick up a LS.

Post by: amelo on May 01, 2009, 05:34:34 PM: Oh that's right, I completely forgot that you had make that awesome deck. What I meant by "new deck idea" was that I was trying to build a different style of deck than what I'm used to.

I will definitely work on those changes, thanks for the tips
