Not having an illegal deck helps.
You have nothing in your deck that can stop Strong Demon.
I would suggest adding more ecs that aren't emps and Naaman's Horses to prevent king david free souls.

Uhm...
Of all the great and awsome new disciple cards the only purple enhancements you have in there is Reach and AoCp? ??? (my Lord and My God, Faith as a Musterd Seed, even at times Sons of Thunder)

The defense is meh.

The New Covenant is so much better than  Brass serpant (for disciples)

You definately need My Lord and My God, Faith as a Musterd Seed and Sons of Thunder.

This offense doesnt look like it would do very well as it stands but it could do well with the right cards

59 cards now!!!

Take out:
Wall of Protection
HT
Ends of the Earth (fish boat gives you access)
To tell you the truth you might want to take out Unholy writ.

A disciples/emperors deck is self defeating.

they are not a good mix:
1) both require lots of card space to be effective. (hence the 59 card deck)
2) Disciples are "super effective" against an N.T. defense
3) Emporers are "super effective" against an N.T. offense.. you will be discarding your own cards on multiple plays.

yes, I used pokemon lingo.

Romans are only good mixed with Magicians and with a Job offense.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

WoP is a must with all the other disciple decks out there.
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

That's like a drowning man in the ocean asking the guys in the helicopter that just arrived if there's a way to save him without using a helicopter.

Does anyone have any advise for me on what I should put in and/or take out of this deck besides my whole offense or defense?

Actually, I like the idea of being able to hide  all ur disciples in fishing boat, and then play RDJ. it'd be a pretty sweet play.

With ur disciples you don't need a bunch of battle winners.. but several interrupts. They're high number bands are tough to beat if you have some interrupts.

I would throw Rome in.

Denarius is a fun card, because this deck using alot of characters, so alot of times your hand will be less than 6 cards.

Casting Lots gives you a window to play your Evil Doms through Lampstand. Opponents often Discard their Evil Doms when you've made it clear that you're keeping LotS active the rest of the game.
