i have a decent fbtn deck, but cant find a good defense to go with it. i currently use egyptians, and like the deck discard, but it just doesnt work that well. What goes well with fbtn?
keep in mind that i dont have much grey at all, and not much brown

In the playgroup I'm in, a guy uses Babs with FBTNB. It is pretty good. on a scale of 1-8(dont ask why) it is currently rated a 6. and he hasnt played in a while so it might be better. we have a certain system.

Last year's National tournament winner used a Pharisee defense with his FBTNB deck. It is a compact, speedy defense that won't win the long game, but has enough decent blocks to stall while your offense wins in the short game. Note, FBTNB is usually the way to go nowadays, because it allows you to use Weapons and WC abilities. I haven't seen anyone use a straight up FBTN deck in quite a while, as there are significantly more CBN/CBP cards that can stop one FBTN Hero at a time.

I think Egyptians or Babs are great choices,

The key is they both are fast if constructed to be, and a fbtnb offense can use the speed bump.

I think your Egyptians can become the fastest defense in the game but you'll get a bit more power from Babs, at the cost of a little speed.

If you have questions about Babs you can pm me
If you have questions about Egypt you could pm my brother (Jbeers285)
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

I actually had a chance to play the national champion at the iowa state tournament. Martin? is that his name? I had a different deck then, and didnt do very well. But i saw his offense and that inspired me to look at a fbtnb offense.
