well for starters, unless I'm missing something, you have Uzzah in your deck but no artifacts so throwing in one or two of those would be a good way to start off

I saw something about a maximum of 4 of the same card in a deck so I think you can only have 4 Samaria's. Someone will confirm this or tell me that I'm wrong so you'll know soon.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

That's in type II, I believe you can have as many non-SA sites in a type I deck as lost souls.

Drrek is correct.

When I played with Gates of Samaria, I found that 3-4 Samarias were sufficient. With only three arts for Uzzah, I'd drop x1Samaria for an artifact. I'd also try to cut at least 3 Evil enhancements.

With Hopper in there you really don't need a Harvest Time, since Hopper does the exact same thing in a way but without the requirement of your opponent having no Lost Souls. That's just my opinion

I would keep them both because if your opponent plays Burial on there only Ls you can play HT and get a soul for you to rescue.

In a Speed deck, I agree, Hopper & HT are great, but in a more balanced/defense heavy deck, one should be fine.

Definitely needs a Reuben's Torn Clothes.

I wanted to try to get probably more of in between balanced and speed.

And I also really need to cut down on Evil Enhancements, does anyone have any suggestions on what ones to take out?

I'd cut Stiff Necked and Korah's Rebellion or Taking Naboth's Vineyard. I'd also add Plagued with Diseases. It helps your decrease theme, and gives you something else to discard for Uzzah.

EDIT AGAIN: I just read you above post that you want it between balanced and speed.  In that case I would actually out Korah's Rebellion, Taking Naboth's Vineyard, and a Samaria.  This would leave you deck at 50.  Then I would add Judah for 51.

If you want to go up to 56 add Gomer, Foul Spirit, and Judah.  Then take out Taking Naboth's vineyard for Angel at Shur.

Looking at the deck as is (with well and stone pillar added) I think that Judah and Gomer would be good.  Then perhaps switch out Korah's rebellion for Foul Spirit.

I have a hunch that Alex knew that.

Moving back on deck, I think it needs another hero (I know I've thrown out a lot of ideas but when I made my last post I thought my suggestions would get you up to 56, turns out they only got you to 55 :P )

Personally I would do Angel at Shur, but it might be good to squeeze in a Simeon + Levi band somehow.  But I'm not positive as to what I would cut to fit them both though...

No, I wouldn't say so, as per my newly edited post (I edit a lot  ::) ) I would say it needs another hero, not an enhancement.

Abe's kid is nice but you already have Asher for recursion, plus Zeb for endgame battle winning.

He should still have Abe's kid, what if his Asher is discarded or he does not draw it.

I could go either way on it. It could benefit you, so I guess you could try it out.

I like the look of the deck, however, you may have trouble against speed. Some sort of anti-drawing/searching could help. Maybe a Rain Becomes Dust, or a Darius's Decree, or something. Have you faced a speed deck and been able to do well?

I still don't think it's necessary, he's already got Zeb if has a lack of enhancements.  In addition to the point that cards made.

I like this idea RBD could be really good.  Pigs should also go in I would put it in for the negater.
