I'm seeing two problems with this deck. The first is you're trying to do too much. TGT, Job, and FBTN are all great, but not together necessarily. I think this deck would be much better if you went Job + FBTN (and some Genesis) or TGT + Silver. Although I think TGT + Silver would be a bit more powerful, I listed my suggestions if you're going for Job + Silver + FBTN beings it is much closer to your original deck. The second problem is the defense is pretty frail for a slow deck.

I'd take out:
Anti-Burial Soul (It just isn't that great in t1)
Site Doubler (Beings I'm suggesting you take out most your sites)
Jerusalem Tower (it will only really stop Harvest Time, not worth a card slot. Deck DC decks will be able to discard JT easily)
Victory (Demons aren't popular, and Golgotha is really popular)
3x Babylon (see below)
1x BBH (either disciples or CP + Ends of the Earth would make all your sites worthless)
Philosophy
TGT
Salome
Mary Mother of James
Blessings
He is Risen
Mary Magdalene
Pergamum

This would bring your deck down to 47, so then 9 cards could be added (one soul):

Punisher Lost Soul (Just a matter of preference. This goes great with Holy Grail if they're running a few brigades) OR Shuffler (for soul manipulation)
Golgotha (this goes AMAZINGLY with Abe's Descendants)
Ceasera Phillipi
Striking Herod (This is an amazing enhancement)
Seraphim (bands to blue)
Angel of Warning
Protection of Angels
Asher (end game recursion)
Jubilee

As for defense, not sure what can be done. If your opponent gets an early Nazareth, something that'll probably be popular, your philistines are essentially useless, and that'll leave you with Uzzah and Gomer. Not a great spot to be in. I'd suggest you take out your entire defense (except Uzzah) and replace it with Proud Pharisees, Entrapping Pharisee, Hard Hearted Religious Leaders, Pharisees, Balaam's Disobedience, Night Raid, Pretension, and Self-Righteous Prayer. That speeds your deck up a tad and it'll probably provide the same amount of blocks, if not more, than your philly defense.

Rawrlolsauce got like 3/4 of it right there lol But just curious how big do you want the deck 56 or 63? The would make a huge difference in how large your defense can be.
3 Prophets Packs ftw

I'd take out Job's faith for Jacob buries the foreign gods
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.
