I know the wording is different obviously between the warriors version and the one from the tenth anniversary version. But is there really a difference between the two? Minus the nostalgia feeling using warrior cards? Lol

Moses  (G Deck)
Negate all special abilities on characters and enhancements (Except this ability)

Moses (Wa)
all special abilities on character cards and enhancement cards are interupted and prevented. Battle is determined by the numbers.

Negate means interrupt and prevent. "Battle is determined by the numbers" is simply a clarification.
