I would have ether David's Mighty men or David's Triumph in stead of Book of Gad the seer.

Triumph is better, especially now that it's CBN on Uriah.

In:
Asahel (not only can he band to 5 heroes in your deck, his ctb ability is amazing)
Centurion at Capernaum (You're going to want him, he negates all ecs and has access to sites, which otherwise you have none)
Joab/Abishai (Abishai bands to red and is warrior class, Joab bands to basically everyone but isn't warrior class, I like Joab but it's up to you)
Belsharezzer's Banquet (cbi because you're killing yourself)
Another crimson ec

Out:
Uriah (his ability really isn't that good)
Book of Gad the Seer (you don't need to use your enhancements THAT many times)
Royal Parade (a lot of stuff is done in ability that are cbn/cbi now, so I think you'll find this sits in your hand a lot)
Great Image (great but doesn't actually win you a battle)
Headquarters at Riblah (with so few ecs, protection won't do you a whole lot)

Note: Either add a banding card or take out ahimalek, he's awesome but right now you have no way to utilize him.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

Ahimelek can be utilized with King Amaziah.  Plus, if you have Bravery of David in hand, wouldn't you like to play it on a hero that has CBN protection from capture?  Ahimelek is good even if you aren't abusing his Return ability.

Yeah, I see your point but I can see better heroes if you're not going to band to him.

Why is Magic Charms in here? Am I missing a magician?

Am I missing a magician?
Nope.
I would add Astrologers, another Magician, and Invoking Terror.
Retired?
