I realize this deck type is very unoriginal, but what the heck? I made this back in September and I love it. And I made this deck because I love playing mill decks in TCG's.

*I am using this in RTS only. I only have one copies of this IRL and I need to figure out a replacement for them.

Pithom and Given over to Egypt are great cards that allow you to mill really well. I would also use Samuel's Edict over A New Creation as it is a negate AND battle winner.

I'll have to consider adding some of those cards. I'll see what I can do!
