Couple of things:
For Black interrupt, you should really consider Joseph In Prison to replace something else there.
As far as Magic Charms and Simon...I'm a bit confused as to how they mesh with the rest of your defense.
You should cut down on the GE, as not all of them are very helpful. By removing some (like Bow and Arrow), you increase the chances of having a battle winner. On that note, Ambush the City is very useful off the top of my head, especially with Angels.
In my experience, Ibzan is almost useless. His CBN Judges enhancements almost never helps, and he gets very poor initiative. Replace him with Deborah for Female-Only LS access and another hero to play Samuel's Edict. Also, Ehud makes a great deterrent to an opponent placing less useful EC in territory. Finally, you need Moses in this deck. He eats a lot of defenses (like stand-alones and self-destruct) and can get you 5 souls by himself, not to mention you can still draw with AUTO.

Simon (Ap) is Black brigade, and is CBN against NT (several major offenses). He can also hold Charms.

Without Joseph in Prisoner, Simon has little point.

One thing I will say, I ran a Judges/Philly deck at my last tournament, and one thing that killed me was Nazareth. You either need to come up with a counter for that or something, cause when Nazareth was pulled, my defense was pretty much shot. And luckily for my opponent he got it out right at the beginning lol.

AwSN can still exchange, as he negates sites. In fact, a good way to stop it would be AwSN -> Joshua Promo to take Nazareth, but to be honest I wouldn't recommend adding that to deck.
The real problem you will have is Hezzy's Ring. You need to make sure you put enough arty death in there or you will have a rather poor start to the game (mind, AUTO does care about either once you get started).

Taking Naz wouldn't help at all.

For some reason I went back in time and wanted to put it in battle to negate it :o
In any case, like I said, AwSN doesn't care about Nazareth, and then once you get going, AUTO just has to exchange with territory.
Your D, however...that will care. A lot ;D

made a few changes with all the advice.

I do not think that Tola will do you any thing. Who is he anyway.

Altar of Dagon and Temple of Dagon are unnecessary unless everyone in your area plays WaterGarden or Luke/John.

That is, if anyone plays Naz. I didn't see it at all at the top tables of last year's Nats, and now that pretty much every top deck uses search extensively, you'll only see it in anti-meta decks. If he's facing a well-built anti-meta, then he's got other problems.

The main thing is that Naz hurts Philly Outpost, which is most of the Philly defense, in my opinion at least.

Phillies have a lot more to fear in Foreign Sword than Naz.
