Title: How To Build A Type I Deck

I just want to know if there are any new changes to building a Type I deck. Or are they the same as in the 10th Anniversary Edition Rulebook?

The only change I can name off of the top of my head is dominant cap. You cannot have more dominants in your deck than you have lost souls.
