So right now, I own 0 cards. This is one of my more successful decks (that doesnt use all kinds of expensive promos or whatever) i've made on RTS. How much would it cost for me to buy all these cards individually? and what changes would you suggest to help keep this buyer friendly?

Put the crimson enhancement that captures two humans in instead of Head of Gold... HoG will only get you two at most and sometimes 1 or 0.

Nope. I have a deck or two that are similar to this. Great minds think alike.

You only have 2 Babylonians but you're using cards that rely on having a lot of Babyonlians to be effective. I'd probably change that a little.

I agree that Carried Into Exile would work better than Head of Gold since you only have two Babs.

Also, with only 2 Babs you're probably better off using King Merodach-baladan instead of Nergalsharezer. The King can play Carried Into Exile without needing inish.

Swift Horses isn't very effective with only 2 Babs. I'd probably change it out for Midianite Attack or the crimson curse Go Into Captivity.

Also, I would probably switch out jeiel or priscilla for Enoch. hes white and he is protected from discard. You lose a NT woman, but I think you have plenty there.

With the recent discussion about whether you take the words within quotes in special abilities to mean only that exact word or to refer to the type of ability as a whole, was it decided if I am Truth and I am Love still work the way they always have?

If you bought all these cards separatly at, say three lions, I think it would cost you about 170 dollars or more. If you bought them from people online, I think you could get it for around 130-140. Maybe less.

To make it cheaper eliminaty GOYS, DoN and KoT. Those are price killers there. Also the revealer and the three-liner are your priciest LS's perhaps th ere is a cheaper route in LS's you may want to take.

Eliminating Elijah will save you some money too. he is only there for the transfig band and Enoch is a better hero in my opinion and he costs less...plus he is white and can play most of your enhancements. The cheapest you can find elijah might be $10. but enoch can be found for 1-2 dollars.

You might want to switch torment out for something cheaper if you are still looking to shave some $$ off of this deck.

I think its reasonable to assume you could buy all of the cards for the following prices from people on the message boards. The total is $130.50. However, if you bought a bunch from one person, I'm sure you could get a 10% discount or so. Compared to buying them at list price from Three Lions Gaming, which would cost over $200, it is pretty reasonable.

The bulk of the price is in the staple dominants and 2 Lost soul cards. (GoYS $10 + DoN $10 + FA $10 + NJ $5 + HT $5 + Revealer $8 + 3-line $7 = $55) You can use those in any deck that you make in the future, thus cutting down on future expenses. Its a necessary upfront expense if you want to have a better shot at having a competitive deck. I don't have alot of the Rock of Ages cards for sale, but I have most of the others I could supply you with at these prices if you were interested.

I am not sure but I think that there are people that have a lot of doubles of cards like this and if you ask they might be willing to work something out. I'll take a look and see if i have some extra copies lying around but right now with my mass deck building project there is no telling how many of what I have.

Revealer, I have a 2 liner not a 3 liner, Uzzah, Head of Gold, KoT only cuz he is in my type 1 sorry, The Amalekites Slave, are the cards I could not do sinc ei do not have them. So if you switched your deck to a different lost soul than the revealer, maybe a N.T. only I could do that, do a 2 liner instead of 3 liner, and buy singles on Uzzah, Head of Gold, and Amalekites Slave, and switch KoT for something till you can get one sorry. But I could do all that for $55 if you are willing. That is probably the best deal you will find. I do not really need all these extra cards I have so I figured I would rather help you out and get some cash in the process. Also with the money you save by switching to me, that sounded like a Geico commercial, you could buy the singles. So if you wanna do that let me know.
