Typically a deck should be more permanent heavy. (A permanent is any card that you play down from hand and sticks to the table. Think Characters/Fortresses/Sites/Artifacts) So ten enhancements on each side is a ton. I typically run no more than 12 total. Also, as far as negates go, I like to have access to around four cards on offense that can function as a negate. That is the beauty of cards like Samuel's Edict, Elymas Struck Blind, and 'He is Risen'. Those cards can stop an opposing battlewinner and then cause the opponent to have to respond to SI. On defense in the RoJ meta, I suggest running no fewer than two negates, with some defenses packing an upwards of four. This is all on top of Three Woes which should be in every deck, it's that good.
