Title: Holy of Holies
Post by: DrowningFish on March 08, 2014, 10:15:30 PM
Why is this artifact not used very much in type 1? I feel like this artifact is very useful

It really only targets a handful of characters like Moses, Captain, Strong Angel, King of Tyrus. You could put in HoH if these FBN guys really messed up your strategy. For most decks, it isn't worth the artifact spot. I love playing with Covenant with Death, and that takes care of much more than FBN. Confusion of Mind and Golden Calf are also options too, depending on what you have and want to defend against.

Personally, I don't know why it isn't used more.  It seems that FBTN is still so overpowered when used against the meta defenses that it would make sense to include it.

Now, if you run true defenses and use something with a lot of CBP (like Herods or Pharisees), then it doesn't matter so much.  I agree, however, that the lack of use is baffling.

Fight by Numbers or Fight by the Numbers. It refers to characters who negate all other characters and enhancements in battle (such as Moses, The Strong Angel or King of Tyrus).

I also agree that Holy of Holies is underutilized...especially since it can be put in a Temple to keep your main Artifact slot free. I do use it in one of my Type 2 decks...it's funny how un-intimidating Moses is when Holies is active  ;D
