Title: Herod defense

What other cards/themes work with a Herod defense? There aren't enough Herods to be viable by themselves. What can be combined with the Herods to make a decent defense.?

I commonly see KoT (Warriors) and some Egyptians.

Herods are certainly viable by themselves, but they work best when supplemented by KoT (and the Genesis Egyptians if you have a Genesis offense).

I used Herods (with KoT) to very successful use with my prophet offense last season.
