Where's 'The Thankful Leper'? He's a must in this style deck - Also put in Two gold converts of your choice - which become CBN on him after opponent decks - That way if your opponent has a ton of standalones and just drops them all on the table and empties his hand you can still have a shot.

Mayhem triggers Abom and is useful in a lot of other situations too.  It even gets SoG out of their hand and back into their deck where your deck discard has a shot at it.

I know Antiochus is a pretty awesome character, but...are you ever actually going to use him in battle? I mean, if your opponent discards a card from his hand and still has something to play...you're dead. He's risky, and right now he and the Winged Leopard are adding two extra brigades to the two that are already there, which is easily punishable. I think I would just put the two bland black Greeks in instead.

I don't have my hands on a Tin 12 yet. I will tonight. the question is what should I take out for those...

ok, if I get a Mayhem out of the few packs I buy tonight, I'll put it in.

hmm, I thought about using him in last chance situations. having him in a territory makes people think, and I wouldn't use him in battle without having a shot with my gold. does anybody else have any thoughts on this? I'm not so sure now, I wasn't thinking about the extra brigades.

Antiochus and the kitteh are by far the best Greeks. The one bands to the other, who then forces Discard. However, if they're just splashed in to a non-Black defense to play Abom, they loose a lot of bite as you don't have Devourer, Foolish Advice, and Denying Blame.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

but just because they lose "the bite" doesn't mean that I should use 2 worthless Greeks instead. the question is, do I have enough "bite" left in them to make them useful, or does the color abundance make them too much of a problem, so as to use the 2 worthless greeks instead?

When everything of the same color in their territory is gone... yeah, he's a beast.

I love the defense though it does have the problem of not being able to do much in terms of blocking  ::) and the offense wont win any battles either  :P But if you can get out Abom early its very nice. I would recomend shrinking the deck to 56 to help pull this off.

Set Fire   -   II Kings 25:9   Crimson   EE   Place in a player's territory. Each upkeep that player must discard a single color Site or O.T. Fortress from his territory or set-aside area. When none of those remain, discard this card.

Jerusalem is not protected from set fire, only N.T. Fortesses, not NT sites.

no, if somebody else has Set Fire. I was thinking NT sites were safe, hence Jerusalem.

Oh my bad. I don't see JT being discarded until late in the game so when it is it isn't that big of a deal but anything ot is gone. which stinks

ok, so this deck is worthless. it cannot win a game.

they discard their whole hand once they deck out. so long as they have a character with 7 defense, they win.

not going to help me if they have a KoT, which most do. unless I put in a 10 card offense, I don't see this ever working... I think I'll just start over with a different idea.

I don't see how you can win if you have no ways to get a-bom back.

I can't. that's the problem. this deck is worthless. even if I do pull a-bom off, it wouldn't be difficult for them to shut me out by simply discarding their hand.

as I said. there is room for more cards, which I updated, but I didn't update the deck.

You might put in Pride of Simon to recur A-bom.

if I did this, I'd also have to redue the whole offense. and even if I put in PoS, it's likely that if they pick A-bom off out of the draw pile, they'll just hit PoS next turn. it's really not that hard to keep Gabriel alive. or they could just discard they're whole hand.
