Dan and/or Reuben can go, they're the weakest heroes currently in your offense.

As for the defense, Herods and Egyptians is too much for one defense, imho. I really like the Herod defense I use right now, so I'm biased in suggesting that, but if you wanted to do Egyptians you could, too.

Also, you should keep this deck after the new set releases. The latest article said there are blue/gold good/evil enhancements, which presumably are Genesis and either Egyptian (most likely since dual enhancements share the same verse for both alignments) or Herods, in which case it would probably help this deck a lot. ;)

Thanks!

Took your suggestions and also specified which souls I'm using. I'm not sure how to fit in Chariot of Fire or DON though, any further suggestions?

For my Herod defense, I ended up taking out Mask of Fear as I had not ever used it other than for Herod's Temple fodder in any game I'd played with my deck. You could put Chariot or DoN in for that.

Another option is that Numerous as the Stars is kind of redundant with Answer to Prayer, doesn't give you numbers, but it reusable (sometimes). You could consider taking that out.

Either that or I still think you could take Dan or Reuben out. :P

I was also trying to find a place to fit Herod's Temple.... is that a card worth fitting into this deck?

It would be solely to help your defense, and you don't have any artifacts that can be activated in it, so idk? Up to you. lol
