I played this deck and actually found it's weakness. find a way around alter of dagon. other then don, and lying unto god. the main weakness in this deck is zebulun, i am healing, chariot, followed by lampstand in solomons temp. you won't get to play lying unto god. and finally, alter of dagon in temple of dagon. w/ phili armor bearer and 12 fing. giant. find away around this and i think you are good.

So could you explain this a little to me? It looks like sheer brilliance but I'm still trying to figure it out

I think this defense has some unnecessary additions. Why not do Image of Jealousy instead of High Places/Spreading Mildew? That is a two card slot which if you lose one of the cards the other is almost pointless, compared to Image of Jealousy, which only requires one of your 4 brown EC's. Sounds like Image of Jealousy is a lot easier to use, and a lot more versatile. I would take out the High Places/Mildew for Image/Falling Away. I would also put in Shimei's Curse/Gib Trick for Rain Becomes Dust and maybe a multicolor evil? This is just my type two thinking coming in, but I would bump it to 56 for some Phillies to make the defense stronger. But then again a fast 51 card btnbanding deck is strong regardless.

justin and i being the foremost fbtnb guys, we've both exchanged ideas towards each others decks. there is a reason he uses high places/speading mildew in lieu of image, and that is because it can hit evil forts as well, which actually makes it worlds more versatile than image. rbd because it has high numbers, and a small size because it is designed to hit fast and hard, which it does.

my vote (coming from my T1 Heroe Whipped Cream deck experience) is add confusion of mind and image of jealousy for High places and SM

some tips...

definately need wanderer in here. quite a few lost souls can hurt fbtn, and you need to exchange with those lost souls. grapes can be a great card to add, both offensively and defensively, as it operates similiar to a new beginning, and we all know how devestating anb can be with fbtn on the draw. it also works great defensively with splash defenses. i dont understand why josephs silver cup is in here, captured ark will usually always do the job better. you can probably afford to lose at least 1 access site, site decks are usually never a problem with the plethora of offensive colors available. i am creator is great, but personally i would probably use covenant of noah in lieu of that...unnegateable negation, and it can sit and make the cbp lost soul useless. i like what you're doing with jeremiah/zech/hidden treasures/anb. you can probably add at least pentecost. zeal will serve you way better than t-blast, and comes without stipulations...plus it can be used off hidden treasures, if you so choosed. i like your brown lineup, its very similiar to mine...one thing you may want to add is the amalakites slave. nothing frustrates a fast fbtn user than being able to rescue a lost soul but no lost souls are available to be rescued. to counter that, ht/hopper/tas are always the best choices. tas also provides one more target for your plot and image (i also used to use only 2 brown ec's and found myself unable to use image/hp with them because they would both be knocked out early...especially uzzah since thats what he exists for). last, as painstaking as it may be, you'll want to cut this deck down to 50. fbtn will always be optimal at 50 cards.

I Am Creator is just in case he ANB and does not get a hero out, and it helps it him first turn.

I don't see a deck like this needing a draw card.

T Blast can get rid of House of Rimmon, which hurts him, and KoTW.

i cant think of a single deck that would not benefit from extra drawing, if room allows. drawing is immensely useful for fbtn decks.

i havent seen house of rimmon used in...forever. kotw is of no concern to fbtn.
