When you fix that problem, you will no longer need Tables of the Law, freeing up an extra slot!
If you want to keep the deck similar in idea but make it stronger, focus on getting the new Moses when the new expansion comes out, get a hold of an Aaron and a Hur (they're cheap, Moses won't be), and then you can actually have a pretty rockin' and unexpected offense if you focus on your Moses plays. And when selecting Enhancements to use with your Moses, remember, he can also use non-Plague Enhancements that are naturally CBP or CBN (such as Drawn Sword) as well as Cloud Enhancements. Furthermore, Crimson (what you're calling Pink) and Pale Green are the two strongest Evil brigades, so you're on the right track. As your collection grows and you replace cards you have with Meta cards, this outline will evolve into an A-tier deck.
More generally, unless you're building a combo or turtle deck, you want to have about
-9-11 Heroes, 6-8 GEs including at least 3 battle-winners and 3 negates (sometimes one cards satisfies both of these requirements)
-7-9 ECs and 5-7 EEs including at least 3 battle-winners, 2 negates and some sort of speed boost (a good D3 or Tutor) (sometimes a card satisfies multiple of these requirements)
-7 LSs with useful SAs (there are a ton of LSs with good SAs for $0.25), one of which is the 2-line Lost Souls card.
-7 Dominants, 4 of which are Mayhem (this is a very expensive card and while a big upgrade over many Doms, there are still good options for you without it), SoG, Second Coming (another crazy-expensive card, but you can use New Jerusalem which is much cheaper and somewhat as good) and Grapes of Wrath.
-1 or 2 Sites with Special Abilities that help your offense or defense, 3 at the absolute most if you're running an N.T. defense or Pithom.
-1-5 Artifacts, but no more than 2 that are not limited-use (remember, you can only have one active at a time, and an inactive artifact is not helping you win)
-Fortresses that specifically help what you're trying to accomplish (the final form of this deck has Colosseum, for example), but usually no more than 2 or 3 (Gates of Hell doesn't count since it's played similarly to a Negate or Battle Winner EE)
There are some slots unaccounted for based on exactly what kind of deck you're playing and whether you want to run a 52 or 56 card deck.
You have absolutely come to the right place. On this board we'll fight each other over trying to give the best advice to a player that asks for it!
