Dom cap deck

My feelings on the proposed dominant cap:

My prediction if this rule is implemented: There will be a lot more 100+ card decks. There is the advantage of multiples of the very annoying cards, and also you can still have the full count of Doms.

That being said, I would like to post a deck that is built according to this prediction. Yes, this is a T1 deck, not a T2. It is not even attempting to be fast, just to hold off after everyone has decked and still have a full set of dominants.

And yes, before you ask, I am crazy.  ;D

Harvest Time? Lol that can go. I like it overall. Add another Nazareth.

My thinking on Harvest Time was that with a deck this slow, I'll need soul generation to keep from timing out. If the new Soul rescue rule is implemented, it might be more or less important, depending on their drawing.

But your odds of drawing it are so low it doesn't matter. You should take it out.
